The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the surrounding area.

The breakfast buffet was CHAOTIC. The food quality seemed lower than expected for a hotel of this level, with greasy items. The coffee came from an old machine that dispensed instant coffee. It wasn't what i wanted.

broken shampoo holder peeling caulking

The staff answered every question happily , which was acceptable.

I found hairs on the desk , SUCH an unwelcoming surprise. The shampoo holder in my room was broken , and the caulking around the tub was peeling off. Maintenance was clearly needed. The tub drain WOULDN'T stay closed, so a bath was impossible and made for a disappointing evening.

i found a marvelous room with a city view. the standard double room allowed disability access. there WERE clean towels and the air conditioning provided cool air. the metro station close by made it EASY to see the city.

the immediate surrounding AREA looked a bit run-down. i noticed several buildings looked neglected.

excellent assistance rooftop bar early check-in

the front desk provided excellent assistance. they helped me with every request i had!! the rooftop bar provided a wonderful experience. i was able to check in early and got a room on the sixth floor.

the neighborhood seems a bit run-down. it is not the most appealing, but the hotel's amenities compensate.
